Shipping
Except for rare exceptions beyond Stock Up control, all orders completed and paid for by Credit Card or Multibanco will be shipped on the next 2/3 business day.
The bank transfer payment option will have a confirmation period that varies between 24 hours and 5 business days (depending on the country of origin of the transfer). In this payment method, StockUp has no control over the execution time of the bank transaction, as this is the responsibility of the customer's bank. In these cases, the order will be shipped on the day we receive confirmation of payment from the bank.
If we have any questions related to the order (delivery address, payment confirmation, out-of-stock products, etc.), we will contact the customer through our Customer Support. We will wait for a response for three business days. The order will not be shipped until we receive a response to our message. If we do not receive any response within this time period, we will cancel the order and proceed with the refund.
Delivery
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the corresponding invoice, the assigned tracking number, and a link to track the order on the carrier's website.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays, to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
The customer can receive the order wherever they wish (except in PO boxes), from Monday to Friday. To do so, simply provide us with the address where you will be present between 9 am and 7 pm. A delivery attempt will be made by a courier from the chosen carrier to the address indicated by the customer.
WARNING: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as it will depend on the route defined by the carrier for the courier on the day of delivery.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in its return to StockUp, incurring additional costs for the customer. We recommend that you always ensure that the delivery address indicated when registering the order is indeed correct and complete. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing information you provided.

Once your order has been dispatched, we estimate a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.
Undelivered Orders:
In the event that a prepaid order is returned to StockUp for reasons not attributable to StockUp or the carrier, StockUp will refund the amount paid, less shipping and return costs. Prepaid orders are those paid by Credit Card, PayPal, Multibanco (Portuguese ATM network), or Bank Transfer.
